Laufwunder 2023
On Thursday, June 1st, classes from the Volksschule Marie Jahoda participated in the YoungCaritas Laufwunder in Vogelweid Park. To raise money for charity, students ran laps around the park. Parents, grandparents, neighbors, and friends agreed to donate money for each lap that a student ran. The proceeds will go to ward supporting children and youth in poverty, both here in Austria and around the world. In that way students (and even some teachers!) could get some exercise and raise money for a good cause. It was a beautiful day!
