Vienna Bilingual Schooling (VBS)

Primary school education according to the Austrian curriculum in either German or English mother language
Part of the “Vienna Bilingual School” concept, reaching from Kindergarten through secondary education
Each class consists of children with German and children with English as their first or working language

Arco Iris Spanish Class

Primary school education according to the Austrian curriculum, with Spanish as a foreign language starting in the first grade
Spanish used as a means of communication in every day situations arising from the school day
Learning from and with Spanish-speaking classmates

Leonardino STEM Class

In order to promote the topic of natural sciences and technology in primary education, four Vienna primary schools created classes with a science emphasis in the 2014-15 school year
We are very excited to be holding one of these Leonardino science-focussed classes in our school

Multilingual Literacy

An instructional concept in which, through intensive cooperation between class teachers and native language teachers for Turkish and Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian, students are taught to read and write in their first language (Turkish or Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian) as well as in German

ROMI Multi-Age Class

ROMI = Reform-pedagogical Oriented Multi-age class with Integration
